On the afternoon of Christmas Eve, Stations 51, 8, 17, and 62 were dispatched to a car fire with exposure. Chief 5101 arrived on scene and confirmed a working fire. Shortly thereafter, Engine 5111 was on scene and quickly knocked down the fire. Crews performed overhaul and were released shortly after.
At approximately 10:40am on 12/15/17, Station 51 was dispatched to a 2nd alarm commercial structure fire in Lynn Township. On 11/21/2017 in the afternoon, Stations 51, 8, 56, and 62 were dispatched to I-78 Eastbound for a reported Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) with Rollover & Rescue. 5101 arrived on scene and reported negative rescue. Station 62 transported one patient to the hospital while the remaining stations provided spill and traffic control.
At 11:02pm on 10/15/2017, Station 51 was dispatched to Interstate 78 westbound for a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) with multiple patients. 5101 established command and had Engine 5111 and Command 5192 close a lane and provide traffic control while Station 62 (Cetronia) handled patient care.
